Please continue to look at the blog as I will be collecting photos from other group leaders and posting them here. If any children have any photos they would like to share then please email them to blog@littlecommon.e-sussex.sch.uk
Thanks to everyone who left a comment. We all had a fantastic time and you should all be very proud of your children. I think every group leader has stories to tell of children who suprised them with their courage and determination.
If any children would like to write about their favourite activities then please use the Isle of Wight blog on the Learning Platform.
P.S. I had a fantastic birthday :)

Day 2 Part 2
Our second activity was Dragon Boating which involved the whole school divided into four crews. I'm pleased to say that my Red Crew won. We did have Miss Temple and Mrs Gonzalez on board as well.
After lunch we had Ladder Logic (another team work obstacle course) and indoor climbing.
As i write this it has statted to rain outside. Hopefully it will have passed us by the morning but the forecast isnt looking hopeful. Good night all.

Day Two
What a tiring day! We woke the children up at 7 and made sure they were ready for breakfast. We had no children out of bed ridiculously early although i was woken by one cabin of boys at half past three.
After breakfast we split into our groups for our first activities. My group started with the Low Ropes; an obstacle course that required good teamwork, communication and ninja squirrells (ask the children).

Day One
The children all settled down really well tonight. We arrived at Little Canada slightly late. The children carried the cases down to their cabins and then were taken on a tour of the site. After that we all made our way to the dinner hall.
After dinner it was time for the children to make their beds and unpack. Tonight's activity was Wacky Races which involved lots of silly games and ended with each group trying to make the longest line possible, using bodies, belts, shoe laces and even the teachers.
So far the weather has been ideal - no rain and not too much sunshine either. Tomorrow we start our proper activities. We are all Dragon Boating at the same time but apart from that we will be doing different activities. There will be more photos to come and hopefully some video as well. Please leave a comment if you visit the blog. It will be nice to know how many people are looking at it.
Good night for now, I've just noticed the time and we've got an early start.
